Six photographers Katarzyna Łata-Wrona, Jolanta Rycerska, Kasia Kalua Kryńska, Marcin Jastrzębski, Andrzej Seweryński i Krzysztof Falcman enthusiasts of the nineteenth-century technique of analog photography travelling along of Pomerania seeking artisans to take a picture of their work and workshop. The result of the project “Obsolete Occupations and Grafts in Kashubia” is an album with photos of nearly 40 craftsmen and folk artists from Kashubia! Photo-dokumental series Crossing by Kasia Kalua Krynska is part of an interdisciplinary project The Promised City, which is dedicated to the theme of searching for happiness and promise in contemporary cities like Berlin, Warsaw and Mumbai. Crossing is a series of photographs, which were taken in the Shelter-home for Underage and Penitentiary Institution for girls aged 13-21 years in Warsaw, Falenica. This closed institution with rigid order is established as educational and therapeutic support center for underage girls with difficult past.
