FOTOPERYFERIE – 1st Photo Festival in Kielce

We invite all fans of alternative photography to celebrate on March 25, 2022 at 6pm! Six exhibitions will be held as part of the 1st FOTOPERYFERIE Photo Festival. A review of photography in old and alternative techniques will be held at BWA in the Lower Gallery and the Small Gallery. This year’s edition gathered 68 participants from all over Poland. On October 22, the 9th National Festival of Pinhole Photography begins in Jastrzębie Zdrój. Dni Fotografii Alternatywnej

Nadchodząca druga edycja organizowanych przez ZPAF Dni Fotografii Alternatywnej będzie atrakcją dla wszystkich tworzących w technikach archaicznych i alternatywnych. Na otwierającej wystawie “Wokół portretu” zobaczymy cykle 20 autorów. Prezentowane prace nie są wynikiem poszukiwania przez fotografów obiektywizmu i realizmu w obrazowaniu modela. Przeciwnie – twórcy prezentowanych na wystawie prac wybierali techniki pozwalające na swoiste przetworzenie, a nawet odkształcenie fotografowanego obiektu na etapie jego rejestrowania bądź wytwarzania odbitki, w celu ukazania subiektywnej, często bardzo osobistej perspektywy służącej interpretacji osobowości portretowanych osób.
